Jen is the Licensing Lead for Sports Activations at BDA LLC, a merchandise agency based out of Seattle.  She manages licensing contracts, performance analysis and quality controls.  Jen is from New Jersey and spent many years in Florida and New York City before moving to Denver in 2018.  Jen became involved with ACS in 2019 through fellow Co-Chair, Brooke Manning, and has been instrumental in helping plan fundraising events for the Board.  In her spare time, Jen enjoys finding new restaurants, attending sporting events and hiking/walking around the lake with her husband and her rescue dog, Bailey.

Brooke is the Manager of Partnership Activation for the Denver Broncos Football Club. She manages day-to-day relationships with corporate sponsors to execute contracted assets and ideate new and impactful marketing strategies – from events, to social media campaigns, to game-day activations, and everything in-between. She is originally from Nebraska, but spent time in Kansas, Florida, and Tennessee before finally calling Denver home in 2018. Brooke was looking for a way to make an impact in her local community when she stumbled across the ABOA group – with multiple family members losing their lives to cancer, she has a passion for the ACS’s mission and knew this was where she belonged. Since getting involved in 2018, she’s enjoyed leading the group’s marketing strategy and played a major role in planning numerous fundraising events. In her free time, Brooke enjoys spending time in the mountains skiing/hiking/camping with friends, attending sporting events and concerts, and traveling to new places with her husband and rescue pups.

Alex is an account representative for IMA Financial Group’s Commercial Lines – Diversified team. He works with account servicing and front-end marketing work for IMA’s clients. Alex helps prepare marketing material such as Premium & Loss summaries, premium audits, gathering loss runs, communications with underwriters, and pre-renewal documents. Alex grew up in Parker, Colorado where he attended Regis Jesuit high school then proceeded to attend college at The University of Alabama. Alex started getting involved with The American Cancer Society in his college years when he led philanthropy for a Greek organization at school. He started with The Denver ACS ABOA in mid-2019 and works with membership Recruitment & Sponsorship/Partnership Strategy. In his spare time, Alex enjoys skiing, fishing, attending sporting events and just about anything outdoors.

Alex is the Talent Acquisition Partner at Funding Circle, a world-leading small business lending platform. Alex leads Funding Circle talent acquisition strategies, DEI initiatives, and employer branding goals for the US business. Alex grew up in Michigan, where he attended Michigan State University. He has lived in Chicago and Stamford (CT) before settling in Denver with his wife and their french-bulldog in 2017. Alex first became involved with the American Cancer Society in 2016 when he helped establish the Young Professionals Against Cancer (YPAC) of Fairfield County in Connecticut. He wanted to continue his involvement in leading the fight to eliminate cancer and joined the Associate Board of Ambassadors (ABOA) in Denver. Alex was previously Co-Chair of ABAO Denver and now membership communications. Alex enjoys hiking, skiing, golfing, basketball, attending sporting events & concerts, and grilling out. 

Joey works in Private Equity and Hedge Fund accounting for MG Stover downtown Denver. He helps
create reporting financials for clients while facilitating investments made in various industries, including
real estate, consumer goods, health care, and cryptocurrencies. Joey is originally from Parker, CO, and
attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO. He has been involved with the American Cancer
Society since November of 2020. Joey enjoys spending his free time skiing, traveling, and going to
concerts.
